What I found was an incredible map of what I need to be doing each and every day to live my best life in that area of my life. It really is a roadmap! Now, I know that trying to change all the things all at once might not be a good idea. I don’t want to get overwhelmed or discouraged if I cannot keep up with them all, so I decided to write them out in priority order and then pick a hard thing to add and an easy thing to add and do them. EVERY DAY…until they became habit. Then, I’ll add 2 more and then 2 more….you get the picture.
Tune in as I dive deeper into things you can be doing to combat menopausal changes that interfere with your best life!
