Barb is a Time Management Coach and ADHD Specialist. She loves supporting ambitious individuals who have big goals! Barb started her career as an elementary, special education teacher. After many years of teaching children and supporting parents, Barb began to notice that distractibility, forgetfulness, and disorganization weren’t limited to the classroom.
With adults in mind, in 2017 Barb launched her coaching business. With love and compassion, she helps you move toward your goals by breaking them into organized and manageable steps and guiding you to the finish line. Barb will help you discover clarity, find your focus, and feel motivated to work on the big and scary projects on your to-do list!
You don’t have to have ADHD to use the tips Barb Hubbard shared in this episode but they will really help someone who actually struggles with procrastination, focus, and having enough time in the day. The biggest tip Barb shared was actually to just take a break. Lots of times you come back to the task at hand with a fresh perspective and the ability to refocus. We all only get 24 hours in a day but Barb is here to reassure us we too can get it all done.
