Jackie Carroll, the founder of Mind Immersion, is here explaining virtual reality and how to use it to your benefit for personal development! She also touched on virtual reality vs. the MetaVerse. We all know meditation is a great tool for accomplishing your goals.  But what if you have too much chaos around you? No problem.  Slip on your VR headset and get ready to meditate where ever you choose.  Imagine asking a genie to take you somewhere you find most relaxing to meditate.

But what if you have a hard time imagining things? Again, no problem.  Jackie offered open-eye meditation as a solution.  You can put on your headset and choose to keep your eyes open or closed.  You ultimately want your brain to buy that you were there.  So whichever way is most effective for that is best.  You see once your brain has seen it, it believes it whether you were really there or virtually.  There is a lot of research that supports this practice.  Listen to the full episode to learn how you too can use virtual reality to your benefit!
