Jenna Minniti

Nutrition in Motion, LLC

Jenna is a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer that specializes in eating disorders/disordered eating, sports nutrition, and GI health. She has a strong passion for getting men and women to let go of toxic diet culture ideals while helping clients to heal their relationship with all foods. She accepts all major insurance carriers and is accepting new clients via telehealth in NH, VT, and MA.

As we all gear up to set new years resolutions, can we all agree to set up realistic ones? Deal?  Well, Jenna Minniti, a registered dietician is back to encourage all of us.  Jenna speaks about mini shifts.  When you make small changes they all add up to better health.

Maybe she’s eating breakfast when she usually doesn’t.  Maybe she or a person decided to walk the dog around an additional block every day than usual.  Or maybe you decided to ditch the soda.  That’s not all, Jenna offered lots of small changes you could try in this episode. A lot of a small amount can add up to a lot!

Jenna also helped to differentiate between a nutritionist and a dietician.  It can be a whole new world weeding through all the information out there and you may want someone to help you.   I want to wish you all a fabulous new year and offer ways to make it even better than last year!
