Lynne Brown
What do you do when you are facing tough times? Lynne Brown turned to a life coach and she was unimpressed with the advice. “Really?” “Yes, write down 25 things you are grateful for each day and write down your dreams.” So for the last 7 years, that’s what she has done. She pointed out that you can’t plant apple seeds and get oranges. When you focus on the good, you attract good. That is the point of journaling, what you focus on will become.
Did you know only 3% of people write down their dreams and gratitude?
“I’m all in!” Lynne said to her friend offering her an opportunity to help small businesses. Although a few months prior, Lynne had said no because she was in the middle of putting on a large event and didn’t have the bandwidth. Lynne is thankful she did and is now realizing some of those dreams she’d written down over the last 7 years. One of those dreams was financial freedom, which she does enjoy now. She challenges others now “Can you get rid of the good, to get to the great?”
